Scope Of Application:
The automotive glass radiation resistance test chamber is mainly applied to automotive safety glass. It judges the glass's ability to withstand ultraviolet radiation by measuring the transmittance data before and after irradiation. It meets the technical requirements of the national standard GB/T5137.3-2020. The test chamber can maintain a constant temperature of 45±3ºC, and the test disc rotates at a speed of 1r/min-5 r/min. The equipment is mainly used for self-inspection and quality control in glass manufacturing enterprises, and also serves as a technical means for third-party quality inspection units and scientific research institutions.
Determination of whether exposure to radiation over an extended period of time produces any appreciable decrease in regular luminous transmittance or any pronounced discoloration of safety glazing material.
Related Standard:
GB 15763.3 Safety glazing materials in building- Part 3: Laminated glass
GB/T 5137.3 Road vehicles- safety glazing materials- Test methods for resistance to radiation, high temperature, humidity, fire and simulated weathering.
Features:
1.Box shell material: High-quality cold-rolled sheet processed into shape, surface undergoes phosphating cleaning and electrostatic spray painting treatment;
2.The inner chamber cover uses imported SUS/304 stainless steel mirror plate;
3.In the air duct cavity at one end of the working chamber, heaters, fan blades and other devices are distributed;
4.The left side of the test box is equipped with a Φ25/50mm cable hole;
5.The heating method is nickel-chromium alloy tube with finned heating, which heats up quickly and has uniform temperature distribution;
6.The door of the box is of the opening type at the front of the box, opening and closing is easy and smooth, and it is convenient for storing test pieces;
7.The UV light source is installed at the center of the chamber body, and the design of replacing the light source is pre-mounted and detachable;
8.The specially designed sample holder device can be conveniently pushed in and pulled out of the test piece;
9.The air duct circulation system ensures the uniformity of the test temperature and meets the requirements of the test standards;
10.An ozone-free quartz tube medium-pressure mercury vapor arc lamp is used, meeting the irradiation requirements of the 300nm to 450nm band;
11.An industrial touch screen + PLC programmable controller + printer output human-machine dialogue, automatic monitoring is adopted;
12.Blackboard temperature: Bimetallic blackboard thermometer, using black aluminum plate to connect the temperature sensor, the blackboard temperature instrument controls the heating, and the temperature is more stable.
