The Automatic Gypsum Vicat Apparatus is a specialized testing instrument developed by our company for gypsum manufacturers. It is primarily used to automatically measure the standard consistency, water consumption, setting time, initial setting time, and final setting time of gypsum.

The Automatic Gypsum Vicat Apparatus utilizes a fully automatic control program, automatically completing the timing, release, drop distance measurement, automatic needle placement and removal, and test evaluation. The entire testing process complies with the requirements of GBT17669.4-1999, "Determination of Physical Properties of Building Gypsum Paste," and is easy to operate.
