1. This equipment primarily simulates conventional open-pit coal mining, including the mining process, faults, fracture zones, and weak zones within the coal and rock mass, and sometimes also includes major joint and fracture groups. Furthermore, the model's geometry, boundary conditions and applied loads, as well as the unit weight, strength, and deformation characteristics of the simulated coal mine model materials, all conform to similarity theory.
2. The front mining face is designed for mining and exploration, constructed using non-metallic materials to ensure load-bearing capacity and strength.
3. The movable beams utilize a hinged bolt fixing structure (with hinges in the column holes) to ensure the horizontal accuracy of the longitudinal and transverse beams and to keep the transverse beams locked during testing.
4. All connecting surfaces are precision machined, and the reaction frame undergoes overall annealing to eliminate residual stress.
5. Installation interfaces and functional expansion interfaces are reserved on the main mounting surfaces.
7. All steel components are made of Q355B structural steel, conforming to national standard testing standards, and all connecting surfaces are machined.
6. Welding is performed using E5003~E5016 series welding rods.
The outer surfaces of all steel components are sandblasted to remove rust, and immediately coated with two coats of epoxy zinc-rich primer and two coats of topcoat.
7. Holes on the columns and all beams, set according to the modular design, are machined using die drilling or CNC machining, with a hole spacing error not exceeding 0.2mm.
8. Demonstrates the detailed process of strain gauge application, including: sanding, alcohol cleaning, applying glue, strain gauge application, concrete pouring, and displacement gauge placement.
9. Control method: Microcomputer control; features a semi-rigid steel frame quasi-static test function. Actuators, main frame, steel frame, jacks, and displacement gauges can be individually clicked and dragged to designated positions using the mouse.
10. The lifting mechanism has intelligent control functions, including: three-dimensional displacement; Z-value distance; radial distance and radial distance difference; radial angle and radial angle difference; strain X, strain Y, and strain XY; maximum principal strain; minimum principal strain; equivalent strain; and shear angle.
11. Features peak value memory, echo envelope, waveform freeze, and surface correction functions.
12. Common functions: Overload protection; adjustable frequency within 50Hz; manual power-on/power-off operation of the molded case circuit breaker; local operation; touchscreen operation (the touchscreen can be embedded in or hidden inside the door panel); supports remote control. Startup operation locally/remote. Shutdown fault query function.
13. Reserved function expansion interface for use with rapid tunnel excavation devices, with an excavation stroke of 1500mm.
14. Reserved bottom disturbance loading module to simulate tunnel damage under sudden disturbance conditions; adopts multiple loading forms, flexible structure, convenient filling; can be placed in different areas at the bottom of similar materials, divided into different test areas;
15. Reserved module for simulating fluid-structure interaction water inrush conditions; water tank capacity 1 cubic meter;
