IEC 68 ISO 2248 ASTM D880 4003 Package Incline Impact Test Machine Packaging Box Inclined Plane Impact Test Bench
Product Introduction:
Once the machine is connected to a power source, the operator activates the control unit's power switch to start the hoist. Utilizing a pulley system for speed reduction, the hoist drives a carriage to slide vertically along a guide rail. The carriage is equipped with a grappling mechanism; when this mechanism makes contact with the test trolley, it automatically latches onto it, causing the trolley to move in tandem with the carriage. Upon reaching the designated test position, the grappling mechanism releases the trolley, allowing it to slide down the rail and impact a bumper plate at a specific velocity, thereby completing a single impact cycle. The impact velocity of the trolley is determined by the lifting height of the carriage; by adjusting the carriage's lifting height, the trolley's impact velocity can be precisely controlled.
