Introduction:

The bead fusion method can eliminate the granularity, mineral and segregation effects of the samples, and can reduce the absorption and enhancement effects between the elements in the sample, and hence evidently increase the precision and accuracy of the analysis. This bead fusion method is a optimum sampling method for X ray fluorescence analysis, as well as a perfect sampling method for ICP, AA, and for indissolvable samples in wet chemical analysis.

 

Fusion Machine has a certain amount of domestic applications due to the emergence of domestic manufacturers and promotion in recent years. However, the usage is still too low compared with advanced countries, primarily because of the poor quality of domestic fusion machine and high price.

 

DY511 Automatic Electroheat Fusion Machine is developed by the company's researchers based on the original fusion machines and the same preparation equipment in current international market, as the revolutionary result reaching to the new peak of electroheat fusion machine manufacturing technology. It is the first fully automatic multi-sample fusion machine with automatic filling of fusion sample. Product Features:

  1. Fully Automatic: The entire preparation process is completely automated, including the opening of the fusion chamber, the movement of the cradle and mold holder, the rocking of the cradle, and the pouring of the molten sample into the molding molds.
  2. High Precision: Utilizes platinum-rhodium thermocouples for temperature measurement, ensuring accurate and precise control of the fusion temperature in both the crucible and the mold.
  3. High Homogeneity: The crucible rocks within the cradle, ensuring effective agitation of the melt in the shortest possible time and achieving extremely high sample homogeneity.
  4. High Surface Finish: Fusion and molding are separate processes. The high surface finish of the molds can be maintained for extended periods (several months), guaranteeing high sample surface finish. If the crucible also serves as the mold, the degradation of the platinum crucible walls during fusion leads to roughness, typically requiring polishing every few days (with associated platinum loss). However, consistent surface finish cannot be guaranteed due to variations in polishing and usage frequency.
  5. High Reproducibility: Full automation, high precision, high homogeneity, and high surface finish collectively ensure high sample reproducibility. This means samples prepared using the same program on this machine differ only in composition, with no other variations.
  6. High Throughput: Can fuse up to 4 samples simultaneously (expandable to 6 upon user request). Maximum preparation rate reaches 36 samples per hour.
  7. Eco-friendly & Energy Efficient: No water required and no electromagnetic radiation hazards (e.g., from high-frequency systems). No gas required and no toxic by-products (e.g., from gas-fired systems). No need for high-power electrical supplies (e.g., for high-frequency systems).Employs the latest insulation materials and a compact fusion chamber design to minimize energy consumption.
  8. User-Friendly: Features menu-driven operation with real-time temperature and process display on a large screen, requiring no manual monitoring during preparation. Allows pre-setting of up to 10 heating/preparation programs. Parameters such as heating stages, ramp rates, pre-oxidation temperature, final temperature, crucible rocking amplitude and speed, rocking start temperature, cooling time, fan usage, and fan speed can all be pre-configured. Once a program is selected, simply press the [Start] button for true one-touch operation.
  9. High Reliability: Uses single-ended, double-spiral silicon carbide rods for heating. Simple circuit and structural design ensure high machine reliability. Includes low start-up temperature alarm, over-current and over-temperature cut-off protection with alarms. The over-temperature cut-off protection employs an independent thermocouple for temperature measurement, separate from the heating control circuit, providing triple protection for more reliable over-temperature shutdown.
  10. High Cost-Effectiveness: Affordable price with very low maintenance and repair costs. The cradle and mold holder are made from high-temperature-resistant alloy steel, ensuring no chemical reactions at high temperatures. Elegant and compact design occupies minimal laboratory space.
