Product Introduction:
The LS-AT-XTB series slot die coating tester is a high-precision coating test instrument elaborately developed by Langshuo. It is mainly applied to slot die extrusion coating and boasts a wide range of applications, including organic photovoltaic cells, organic field-effect transistors, conductive polymers, nanowires and nanotubes, two-dimensional materials, organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) and perovskite light-emitting diodes (PeLEDs), perovskite photovoltaic cells, electrolytes and electrodes of lithium-ion batteries, as well as dye-sensitized solar cells.
Conventional laboratory coating testers are difficult to achieve nanoscale film coating due to the influence of scraper adjustment, base plate flatness and other factors. The base plate of this slot die coating tester adopts various platform types, including inspection-grade marble platform, vacuum adsorption platform, precision die steel platform, glass platform, etc. Meanwhile, it is equipped with a non-contact slot die coating head. The wet film thickness is controlled by three factors: feeding pressure, slot width adjustment, and the gap between the slot die head and the base plate. In addition, the software system of the high-end version of the coater is equipped with a height adjustment and feedback system, which greatly improves the coating precision and uniformity. The wet film thickness can reach 1 μm, and the dry film thickness can reach the nanometer level. This instrument has been widely used in the R&D and proofing stage of optical film coating laboratories in China.
The slot die coating tester typically adopts a compact design with a small footprint, making it suitable for laboratories of all scales.
