Product Description
The specimen clamping system of the semi-automatic concrete powder sample grinding machine is driven by a micromotor, allowing powder to be removed from the side of the specimen as it rotates. The machine structure consists of a grinding wheel and mounting system; a grinding wheel power system; a grinding wheel feed and grinding system; a specimen (including a fixture) clamping and power system; a clamping mechanism steering, locking, and rotation system; a sealing system; a control panel system; a powder collection system; and a support system.
The semi-automatic concrete powder sample grinding machinefeatures wheel control on the specimen side feed system, achieving an accuracy of 0.01 mm and a feed rate of 1 mm per rotation. The feed rate can be controlled using a percentage dial on the turntable, and the rotation speed can be adjusted as needed.
This semi-automatic concrete powder grinding machine meets the concrete sampling and powder collection requirements of the "Durability Design Standard for Water Transport Engineering Structures" (JTS153-2015). According to the requirements of the standard's "H.4 Immersion Depth Test - Thermal Decomposition Gas Chromatography," a concrete specimen held in a four-jaw chuck is ground using flat and V-shaped grinding wheels to grind the side of the circular specimen. This produces a powder within 5mm of the core sample edge, with the grinding range decreasing as the depth increases. This also meets the powder extraction requirements of the standard's "H.5 Chloride Absorption Reduction Test."
This specialized grinding equipment is also designed and manufactured to meet the concrete sample preparation and powder extraction requirements of the "Testing Procedures for Water Transport Engineering Materials" (JTS/T232-2019). It also complies with the powder extraction requirements of JTJ275-2000 "Technical Specification for Anticorrosion of Surface Coatings for Concrete Structures in Seaport Engineering," JTT695-2007 "Technical Specification for Anticorrosion of Surface Coatings for Concrete Bridge Structures," and GB/T50476-2008 "Code for Durability Design of Concrete Structures."
Product Features
1. Silent Design. Features a silent motor, sealed housing, precision screws, a thick housing, and a convex edge design.
2. Dust-Proof Design. The shaft is sealed with a multi-plate follower mechanism, and the housing door is sealed with a sealing strip.
3. Safety Design. The grinding wheel is dual-connected to the motor shaft, and the housing is equipped with a proximity switch.
4. Closed-loop Pulverizing. The grinding wheel feed is controlled to 1/10 mm, and the powder is ground along the depth of the specimen.
5. Maintenance-Free Design.
6. Ergonomic Design. Three rotating wheels are operated on the same side, minimizing the working surface.
7. Edge Grinding Design. Can grind flat or at an angle to remove the specimen surface.
8. Standard Powder Preparation. Using a 30/40 grit main grinding head, it produces a normally distributed concrete powder with a median size of 10 microns.
9. Customization Available. Customizable as a desktop or floor-standing model; customizable motor; and customizable power supply options.
10. Accurately collects powder not only from the front but also from the sides of the specimen, allowing for measurement of steel corrosion products in concrete specimens.
11. The clamping mechanism is motor-controlled with multiple selectable speed settings, ranging from 0-30 rpm.
