Test Principles:

Sealing Test: A hole is punched in the packaging to connect the instrument. The packaging is placed in water and filled with a certain amount of gas, creating a pressure difference between the inside and outside of the sample. The escape of gas from the sample is observed to determine the sealing performance. Alternatively, the sample can be placed without water, and the pressure drop is observed to determine the sealing performance.

 

Burst Test: A hole is punched in the packaging to connect the instrument. Gas is filled until the sample ruptures, and the maximum pressure required for bursting is recorded.

 

Technical Advantages:

Color touchscreen control allows for independent operation of the main unit without a computer.

Test results can be stored and retrieved, eliminating the hassle of connecting to a computer for each test.

Based on positive pressure, the unit offers multiple experimental modes including bursting, coarse leakage, and creep testing. Different experiments can be completed with appropriate tooling.

Automatic constant pressure gas replenishment ensures the experiment is conducted at the preset pressure. Imported brand pressure components ensure stable performance and durability.

One-button operation automatically ends the test and automatically backflushs for unloading.

The instrument has a built-in mini printer that can print complete experimental information such as equipment serial number, sample batch number, experimenter, test results, and testing time.

Utilizing a high-speed processing chip significantly improves operating speed.
