The dynamic triaxial testing system is an advanced indoor geotechnical instrument primarily used for the automated testing of dynamic properties of various soils, such as liquefaction strength, dynamic modulus, and damping ratio, in the laboratory. It can perform static and dynamic triaxial tests on soils, including tests for pore water pressure coefficient B-value, back pressure saturation, isobaric consolidation, eccentric consolidation, K0 consolidation, standard triaxial shear (UU, CU, CD), stress path triaxial tests, and vibration triaxial loading.
The system employs a multi-functional load cell for vertical loading; advanced fully automatic pressure/volume controllers control confining pressure and back pressure; the controller features a built-in LCD touchscreen, supporting both manual and fully automatic operation via PC; various pressure chamber sizes are available; dynamic loading supports sine wave, triangular wave, half-sine wave, composite wave, and user-defined waveform input.

Product Features
1. The entire system offers flexible hardware configuration. The pressure range of the volumetric pressure controller, the size of the sample holder, and the types of sensors can all be configured according to user requirements. The mature and stable control system adopts a modular design, offering good scalability and easy upgrades.
2. In terms of software, in addition to standard testing modules, users can customize their own unique experimental modules.
3. The geotechnical professional testing software allows for predefined test procedures, fully automated execution of the entire experimental process, and a rich selection of termination conditions.
4. Each hardware device, such as the volumetric pressure controller and data acquisition box, can be used independently, each equipped with independent software and a driver library for secondary development by the user.
5. The volumetric pressure controller provides rapid and high-precision pressure control; for example, controlling a pressure of 2 MPa with fluctuations less than 0.2 kPa.
6. Each submodule has automatic pressure/force and volumetric/displacement overload protection functions.
7. It can be upgraded to an unsaturated soil dynamic triaxial apparatus, a dynamic permeability triaxial apparatus, and a temperature-controlled triaxial apparatus.
8. A bending element system and an LVDT local strain testing system can be configured on this basis.
9. The testing software is independently developed, supports Windows 10/11 operating systems, and has functions such as parameter setting, data acquisition and storage, and data analysis. The software includes independent modules for data entry, back-pressure saturation, isobaric consolidation, eccentric consolidation, K0 consolidation, UU shear, CU shear, CD shear, linear stress path, and triaxial vibration.
Main Functions:
1. Back Pressure Saturation: Performs automatic back pressure saturation tests with confining pressure and back pressure gradient application (including pore water pressure coefficient B-value detection).
2. Consolidation: Performs isobaric, eccentric, and K0 consolidation tests to determine the relationship between soil deformation and pressure or void ratio and pressure, and deformation and time under lateral constraint and axial drainage conditions.
3. Standard Triaxial Shear: Standard triaxial shear tests (UU, CU, CD), with strict control of drainage conditions, can obtain stress-strain curves for the entire shear failure process.
4. Stress Path Test: Enables linear stress path loading. Creep tests can be performed.
5. Dynamic Triaxial Test: Performs standard dynamic triaxial tests, including dynamic strength tests, liquefaction tests, dynamic modulus and damping ratio tests, and dynamic residual deformation tests; supports dynamic force/stress control and dynamic displacement/strain control; supports sine wave, half-sine wave, square wave, and user-defined waveform input.
Key Performance Indicators:
1. A 1.5Hz/50kN advanced dynamic triaxial testing system is used to perform static and dynamic triaxial tests on soil samples with diameters of 39.1mm, 50mm, and 100mm under computer control.
2. Triaxial pressure chamber: Features an integrated electric servo axial drive, electrical control equipment, and power supply, supporting a maximum sample diameter of 101mm.
3. Confining pressure and back pressure are controlled by a 200c2MPa advanced digital pressure-volume controller: Independent or computer-controlled confining pressure volume, with automatic protection devices for exceeding pressure and volume limits, and volume change measurement. 4. The back pressure controller can not only perform pressure loading but also measure soil drainage volume, without requiring an additional volumetric deformation measuring device;
5. Axial force measurement accuracy is higher than 0.1% of full scale, including the 50kN range;
6. Pore pressure sensor 2MPa: accuracy is 0.15% of full scale.
Displacement measurement: range not less than 100mm, axial displacement measurement and control accuracy not less than 0.07% of full scale.
