The DM200 benchtop automatic tablet press is controlled by a microcomputer, with high-precision pressure sensors for detection, a fully feedback hydraulic servo system, an integrated oil circuit system, a fully enclosed soundproof design, exclusive safety interlocks and an automatic pump shut-off safety valve. It features an LCD color touch display, multiple preset programs, and allows for the arbitrary setting of press steps, pressure, press time, and hold time within the measurement range. This makes the tablet pressing process intelligent and precise, enabling XRF and IR to produce high-quality tablet samples that are dense, smooth, and uniform. Function
Within the measurement range, the pressure, holding time and stroke can all be continuously adjusted. The pressurization, pressurization steps, holding pressure and depressurization are all carried out automatically. Various molds for test specimens are available, including aluminum boxes, plastic rings, boric acid, low-pressure polyethylene and steel rings.
