Overview:
In this Dew Point Verification System, the humidity generator regulates humidity based on the principle of the divided flow method. By varying the mixing ratios of dry and humid gas streams, gases with different dew point temperatures can be generated. Depending on specific requirements, this method allows for multi-stage flow division configurations to produce a gas source with the desired dew point value. The system is capable of continuously generating humid gas with dew points ranging from -80°C to +20°C, with an adjustable flow rate of 0 to 10 L/min.
Comprising units such as an air compressor, dry gas generator, dew point generator, and flow control valves, the system meets the operational requirements of several key standards: GB/T 5832.2-2016 (*Gas Analysis-Determination of Trace Moisture-Part 2: Dew Point Method*), JJG 499-2004 (*Verification Regulation of Precision Dew Point Meters*), and JJF 1272-2011 (*Calibration Specification for Capacitive Dew Point Meters*).
