LS-TA-3.0 Online TOC Analyzer

LS-TA-3.0 Total Organic Carbon (TOC) Analyzer is an online TOC analyzer developed by our company after three years of extensive experiments, specifically designed for online testing. Adopting conductivity difference detection technology, the instrument delivers high detection accuracy and short response time. Compliant with national regulations and standards, it meets the online real-time testing requirements for pharmaceutical water, water for injection, ultrapure water and deionized water.

 

Working Principle

The instrument utilizes the principle of ultraviolet (UV) oxidation to oxidize organic substances in the sample into carbon dioxide. Carbon dioxide is measured by the direct conductivity method. Total organic carbon content is determined by calculating the difference between total carbon (TC) in the oxidized sample and total inorganic carbon (TIC) in the unoxidized sample:
Total Organic Carbon (TOC) = Total Carbon (TC) - Total Inorganic Carbon (TIC)

1. No gases or reagents are required during operation, storage or replacement, and there are no moving parts, reducing repair and maintenance costs. The instrument can be directly connected to pipelines and is also available for offline use.
