Thermal Shock Test Chamber Thermal Shock Resistance Test Instrument Material Thermal Shock Tester
Function Introduction:
The purpose of this apparatus is to determine the thermal shock resistance of a sample of a specific shape and size under specified test temperatures and cooling media conditions. The sample is subjected to rapid heating and cooling temperature changes, and its damage level is then used to assess its thermal shock resistance. According to user requirements, the apparatus can facilitate the repeated transfer of a sample of a certain volume between high temperature and low temperature environments, or between high temperature and water environments, to determine the material's thermal shock resistance based on the degree of damage after rapid heating and cooling. The equipment consists of two units: a high-temperature/medium-temperature testing unit and a high-temperature/water testing unit. The high-temperature/medium-temperature testing unit uses silicon carbide tubes for heating in both the high-temperature and low-temperature furnaces, reaching temperatures up to 1400°C. The two furnaces are horizontally positioned (vertical positioning is also available upon user request), with the high-temperature furnace on the left and the low-temperature furnace on the right. In the high-temperature/water testing unit, the high-temperature furnace is on the left and the constant-temperature water bath is on the right. The sample is heated in the high-temperature furnace and then horizontally (or vertically, as per user request) moved into the constant-temperature water bath. Both testing units can perform multiple rapid heating and cooling cycles between the high-temperature furnace and the low-temperature furnace or the constant-temperature circulating water bath, thus completing the thermal shock performance test of the sample. During the test, the transfer of the sample from the high-temperature zone to the low-temperature zone is completed quickly. To prevent significant temperature drops during the transfer, appropriate control measures are in place to ensure that the temperature does not fluctuate significantly and affect the test results.
Application Scope:
Testing of material properties under high-temperature conditions, as well as reaction rates, reaction kinetics, and activation energy between different reactive substances under high-temperature conditions; Application fields: aerospace, metallurgy, and other industries.

Instrument Specifications:
In this apparatus, both the high-temperature and low-temperature furnaces use silicon carbide tubes for heating. The two furnaces can achieve continuous temperature adjustment from room temperature to 1400°C and maintain a constant temperature at any point.
