The concrete powder sample layer grinding machine (dedicated equipment for layered grinding and collection) is designed and manufactured to meet the concrete sampling and powder collection requirements of the "Water Transport Engineering Structure Durability Design Standard" (JTS153-2015) and the "Water Transport Engineering Material Testing Code" (JTS/T232-2019). It also meets the powder production requirements of the "Technical Specification for Anticorrosion of Surface Coatings of Concrete Structures in Seaport Engineering" (JTJ275-2000), the "Technical Specification for Anticorrosion of Surface Coatings of Concrete Bridge Structures" (JTT695-2007), and the "Specification for Durability Design of Concrete Structures" (GB/T50476-2008). According to the requirements of "Appendix H Concrete Silane Impregnation Test Method: H.4 Impregnation Depth Test - Thermal Decomposition Gas Chromatography and H.5 Chloride Absorption Reduction Test" in the JTS153-2015 standard, a four-jaw chuck is used to grind the front and side surfaces of a circular concrete specimen (using a diameter of 100±5mm and a height of at least 45mm). Flat and edge grinding wheels are used to grind the surface and sides of the circular specimen. This produces powder within 5mm of the core sample's center and edge, with the grinding range gradually decreasing with increasing depth. This equipment is also essential for sample preparation and powder collection in the "Chloride Absorption Reduction Test" specified in the standard (grinding the surface to a depth of 2mm, then grinding the new surface in layers, obtaining 1-10mm and 11-20mm concrete powder samples, respectively, with the grinding range within 5mm from the specimen center to the edge).
