I. Application Scope
The Valve Testing Machine (or Valve Test Bench) is suitable for conducting pressure performance tests-specifically sealing and body strength tests-on straight-through, flanged valves. This product was developed in strict accordance with national standards such as GB/T13927-92 (*Pressure Testing for General-Purpose Valves*) and ZBJ16006-90 (*Testing and Inspection of Valves*), while also referencing the specifications of international standards such as ISO5208 (*Pressure Testing of Valves for Industrial Use*) and 1598 (*Valve Inspection and Testing*). The machine is capable of performing shell tests, back-seat (upper seal) tests, and high-pressure water sealing tests; during the testing process, operators can easily visually inspect the test specimen for any signs of leakage.
II. Control Modes
Two control modes are available: Manual Control and Computer Control. The Computer Control system consists of a two-tier architecture comprising a microcomputer and a programmable logic controller (PLC). Featuring advanced control principles, the system utilizes independent control units to achieve true modular control. It offers precise pressure regulation, excellent pressure-holding capabilities, and real-time automatic pressure compensation. Test data and pressure curves are automatically recorded and stored within the computer system. Users may freely select between Manual, PLC, or Computer control modes.
