2.1 Instrument Panel
The instrument panel is composed of an intensity display area, an indicator light and three keys, as shown in the figure.
2.2 Indicators
1. Tensile strength indicator light.
2. Compressive strength indicator light.
3. Bending strength indicator light.
4. Shear strength indicator light.
5.Standard sample indicator light. The indicator light is on, the test sample is the standard sample; When the indicator is off, the test sample is non-standard. Non-standard sample sizes are shown in Table 2.

2.3 Keys and Their Functions The touch button consists of three keys. Mainly used for function setting and reset operations.
1. SET
a. Short press SET . Select pull, press, bend, shear test mode, the corresponding indicator light on.
b. Touch &HoldSET. Select standard and non-standard samples. Press this key until the standard indicator light is on or off.
2. RESET
Reset key. Used for instrument clear zeroing operation.
3. KEEP
KEEP key (reserved by manufacturer). The current function is the same as the Reset key.
3 Procedure
3.1 Startup and System Initialization
Connect the power adapter to the instrument and connect it to the 220V AC power supply. Initialize the instrument and self-test the display and sensor respectively. Strength display area displays "0000" - "9999". After the self-test is completed, the instrument will automatically enter the test state. Under normal circumstances, the strength display area will display "0"; The error number is shown in Table 3.
3.2 Changing the Test Mode
The corresponding test mode should be selected according to the sample. In the test state, you can SET change the test mode by pressing the button, and the instrument will automatically record and save the current test mode.
3.3 Measurement
When the instrument is in the measuring state, place the sample, turn the handle clockwise to load the sample until the sample is damaged, and the instrument flashes the test result. Turn the handle counterclockwise to reset the cylinder and record relevant experimental data. Press the button RESET, the instrument automatically clear, ready for the next test.
After the test, cut off the power.
