The slit-type coating testing machine is a specialized device developed and designed primarily for various adhesive coating operations on cover glass, but it can also be used for coating other similar materials. This coating testing machine uses a microporous ceramic adsorption platform as its base plate and a non-contact slit-type coating head. The wet film thickness is controlled by three factors: feed pressure, slit width adjustment, and the gap between the slit head and the base plate. Furthermore, the software system incorporates height adjustment and feedback systems, significantly improving coating accuracy and uniformity.
