I. Product Overview

The fully automatic multi-channel Vicat apparatus is primarily used to automatically measure the standard consistency, water requirement, and setting time of cement paste. It can also be used to automatically determine the initial and final setting times of gypsum.

This fully automatic multi-channel Vicat apparatus utilizes a fully automatic control program and can test up to eight samples. It comes with a built-in constant temperature and humidity curing chamber, allowing for real-time temperature and humidity control of the samples. The instrument automatically completes the timing, release, drop distance measurement, automatic needle removal, automatic cleaning, and test evaluation processes. The entire testing process complies with standard requirements and is easy to operate.
