CO2 loss in spray solution may cause pH drift. Mitigation methods: heat the solution above 35ºC before loading, or prepare solution with fresh boiled water to reduce CO2 content. For acid or copper-accelerated salt spray tests, prepare base solution pH to 2.8~3.0 and verify solution/solute quality to maintain stable pH. |
