Low-Power Motor Performance Test Bench Electric Motor Performance Test Bench Low-power Motor Performance Tester
Technical Requirements:
The low-power motor factory performance test bench is designed and manufactured specifically for factory inspection of low-power motors. It utilizes high-speed data acquisition cards for data acquisition and processing. It can determine product performance according to test standards. The test process is automatically controlled. The low-power motor factory performance test bench can test all factory-delivered items on low-power motors.
Functional Requirements:
The low-power motor test bench features a movable mounting platform, allowing for a single card installation to complete all tests. It automatically performs tests according to the selected items and sequence, and generates abnormal alarms for defective products based on standards. The test item sequence can be freely selected. It stores test data and standard data. The monitoring interface allows for setting the time and conditions for each test; calibrating voltage, current, speed, and torque. Manual operation can also be performed on this interface to adjust the test bench process.
Test Range: Small-power motor voltage: 12/24V, power: 0.8-3kW.
Station Fixtures: Testing is performed at two stations, both unloaded and loaded. Prepare common product fixtures and common modular gears for the customer.
The flywheel is easy to install and replace, and its center distance from the low-power motor is adjustable. After adjustment, the locking device is secure and free of loosening or offset.
A pneumatic device is used to clamp the low-power motor.
Equipment Components:
The low-power motor comprehensive performance test bench consists of a measurement and control cabinet and a test bench.
1. Test bench: Base, load device, low-power motor mounting platform, pneumatic clamping device, torque sensor, speed sensor, and gear plate.
2. Control and measurement cabinet: Consists of a high-speed data acquisition card, computer, measurement and control software, voltage sensor, current sensor, etc.
3. Analog power supply: Continuously adjustable voltage from 0 to 25V, maximum current 1500A, with constant voltage and simulation functions (the simulation function can be directly controlled by the computer for convenience and reliability).
Test Items:
Test controls and corresponding fixtures are provided for the four test items of the low-power motor: no-load, meshing, loaded, and running. According to standards and technical requirements, the low-power motor performance test bench is equipped with the following performance test items:
1. Pull-in Voltage/Current: In the complete machine state, according to the DV test method, set the voltage to the pull-in voltage and measure the pull-in and holding currents of the electromagnetic switch using a constant voltage method. A value less than the standard value indicates a pass.
2. Pull-in/Pull-out Test: In the complete machine state, with a constant voltage, when the S terminal is energized, the switch contacts should connect. When the S terminal is de-energized, the switch contacts should open, indicating a pass. Otherwise, a fail.
3. Ripple Measurement: This device can measure the load ripple of a low-power motor and plot a ripple graph. A pass is obtained when the maximum ripple is less than the standard value; otherwise, a fail.
4. No-load Performance: This device automatically measures the current, voltage, and speed of a low-power motor in a completely no-load state. (A brush run-in time can be set. When the time expires, the voltage, current, and speed are recorded and compared with the standard values. If the recorded value is within the standard range, the test is passed; otherwise, an alarm is triggered. This test can be set to either a constant voltage test or an internal resistance test. The speed is obtained by extending the fitted curve.) 5. Load Characteristics: Measure various speed points according to standard requirements, plot a power curve, and automatically calculate the maximum power point. The current, voltage, speed, and torque of low-power motors at the set point are automatically recorded and compared with standard values. If within the standard range, the test is acceptable; otherwise, an alarm is issued.
6. Contact Voltage Drop: Automatically record the contact voltage drop under various load conditions and compare it with the standard value. If within the range, the test is acceptable; otherwise, an alarm is issued.
7. Electromagnetic Switch Breaking Capacity Check in the Complete State: During a high-load test, a high current flows between the electromagnetic switch contacts, disconnecting the electromagnetic switch S terminal to determine the contact breaking capacity.
8. Other: The test report format mimics DV format.
