Introduction

LS-CHY-CU Film Thickness Gauge adopts the mechanical contact measurement method, strictly complies with standard requirements, and is professionally suitable for measuring the thickness of various materials within the measuring range, such as plastic films, sheets, diaphragms, papers, foils, silicon wafers, etc.

 

Test Principle

Adopting the mechanical contact testing principle: cut a sample to a specified size and place it on the lower measuring platform. The measuring head automatically lowers onto the sample, and the thickness value is measured under a specified pressure and contact area.
