Coating Unit

Drying system
1. Type: Column arch bridge type; single-sided pneumatic top opening type

3. Temperature: 30~120ºC±3ºC, external stainless steel electric heating tube, centrifugal fan hot air circulation; solid-state voltage regulator (SCR module) for automatic proportional temperature control
4. Insulation: 60mm thick glass fiber insulation layer
5. Guide rollers: Hard aluminum alloy guide rollers (Φ60mm, surface hardened HV700), precision ground, 3 rollers per temperature zone
6. Oven: Inner wall and inner air box of the oven are made of 304# stainless steel; adjustable baffles are installed at both the hot air circulation and cold air outlets.
7. Hot air circulation: One 0.55kW centrifugal fan circulates hot air. Airflow regulating valves are installed on both the circulation duct and the external exhaust pipe.
8. Exhaust: One 0.2kW centrifugal fan exhausts (recommended for outdoor installation); exhaust is linked to the main unit (the main unit cannot start without exhaust).
