I. Application Scope

This flow testing machine (or flow test stand) is suitable for conducting pressure and flow tests on faucets, various types of nozzles, hoses, and similar products. The testing pressure ranges from 0 to 1.2 MPa. The equipment utilizes a variable frequency drive (VFD) to regulate both the test pressure and flow rate, and is controlled via a PLC system or dedicated computer software. The control interface is intuitive and user-friendly, allowing for easy parameter configuration.

 

II. Equipment Components

1. Stainless Steel Frame: Water used during flow testing is returned to the cold water tank for recirculation and reuse.

2. Water Supply Section: Comprises a hot water tank, a cold water tank, and two stainless steel multi-stage pumps.

3. Pressure Regulation Section: Controlled via a PLC and touch screen interface, utilizing a variable frequency drive (VFD) to regulate the output pressure and flow rate.

4. Flow Detection Section: Features two electronic digital flow meters dedicated to independently monitoring the flow rates of the cold and hot water supplies.

 

III. Equipment Features

1. Employs stainless steel multi-stage pumps, delivering high output flow rates and high output pressures.

2. Water temperature is fully adjustable, allowing for precise setting within the range of ambient temperature up to 90°C.

3. Capable of performing low-pressure flow tests, down to a minimum pressure of 0.01 MPa.

4. Features an advanced control architecture with high control precision; capable of recording both instantaneous flow rates and cumulative flow volumes.

5. Displays real-time pressure and flow data curves throughout the testing process; models equipped with a computer interface allow for the generation and printing of test reports.

IV. Technical Parameters
