The Fiber Length and Diameter Analyzer for Asphalt Pavements is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with the relevant requirements of the transportation industry standard JT/T 533-2020, *Fibers for Asphalt Pavements*-specifically: "Appendix G: Test Method for Wood Fiber Content," "Appendix H: Test Method for Fiber Length and Diameter," and "Appendix T: Test Method for Determining Fiber Diameter via the Cross-Section Method." The instrument employs a combination of microscopy and specialized analysis software. It is equipped with wide-field eyepieces and high-resolution objective lenses, providing a large, clear field of view. It features a coaxial coarse and fine focusing mechanism-with adjustable coarse-focus tension and a limit-locking device-allowing for seamless switching between bright-field and polarized-light observation modes. Capable of transmitted-light photography, the instrument facilitates comprehensive, multi-functional analysis and measurement of fibers. It is specifically designed to measure the length and diameter of fibers added to asphalt mixtures, serving as a versatile, multi-functional instrument for fiber quality control.

Fiber images can be saved and printed, allowing for the output of either color or black-and-white images.

The system allows for the direct saving of measurement results in PDF format, facilitating further processing to generate various electronic spreadsheets and statistical charts for in-depth analysis.
