Test method;

 

A.1 Method A

This method describes the preparation of A type A warm cup in Figure A.1Pour a thin layer of liquid sealing wax over the bottom of the top of the container and seal the sample in this position.The sample is placed in the middle of the container, and then the limiter is placed in the center of the sample. After the sample is placed, the liquid sealing wax is filled in the gap between the limiter and the container wall. The edge of the container should be filled with dense, without bubbles, and the sealing wax should be evenly contacted with the edge of the sample.

The moisture permeable cup before removing the stopper is shown in A of Figure A.1

 

A.2 Method B

This method covers the preparation of type B permeable cup in A.1Cut the edge of the sample into a dimensional shape so that the large side of the sample fits into the container.The outer wall of the container where the sample is placed is heated to reach the temperature where the sealing wax becomes soft. The edge of the test can be fully wrapped with the hot wax evenly. The place where the sample is placed in the container can also be covered with a thin layer of liquid sealing wax.Fill the gap between the container and the restrictor with liquid sealing wax. Allow the sealing wax to touch the edges of the sample and container evenly. When the sealing wax has cooled to room temperature, carefully remove the restrictor.

A.3 Method C

This method describes the preparation of type B permeable cup in A.1Cut the edge of the sample into a cone shape so that the large side of the sample fits into the container.The edge of the container where the specimen is placed is heated to the point at which the sealing wax softenes, and a layer of liquid sealing wax is evenly applied to this position for placing the specimen.When the sealing wax is still hot, the adhesive is completely glued around the connecting port, and then the sealing wax is evenly adhered to the connecting sample and the sealing strip of the container and the connecting point on the above, there should be no air through.Sufficient sealing wax shall be applied to the strips and points connecting the sample and container to ensure that the edges of the sample, the strips and the two points connecting the sample and container are sealed.

Allow the sealing wax to cool to room temperature.

 

A.4 Method D

This method describes the preparation of the D-type permeable cup in Figure A.1, which is suitable for thin samples.Apply a thin layer of liquid sealing wax to the inner bottom of the circular opening on the upper end of the container, and seal the sample in this position. When the sealing wax is soft, put the sample in the center of the container, and then put the limit ring in the middle of the sample, and fix the sample.The inner diameter of the limit ring should be consistent with the inner diameter of the container. The gap between the limit ring and the container should be filled with liquid sealing wax to block the air.

The edge of the container should be cleaned up.
