Operation steps:
There are two vibration modes of the vibration density tester: Continue mode (vibrate until power off) or Counter mode (vibrate until a set number of times will stop). Please select before operation.
Continue mode operation mode:
1. After the speed adjustment button of the machine is turned to the position of O, connect the machine with the control box and then insert the specified power supply.
2, Adjust the height gauge to the predetermined filling height, just relax the height adjustment button and rotate the height of the filling base, then the adjustment button can be locked with tools.
3. Put the filler into the measuring cylinder, and fix the measuring cylinder with a fixed ring.
4. Select the vibration mode continue.
5, open the power button, rotate the speed control button to the appropriate speed, press the start button will start the machine.
6. At this time, the machine will keep vibrating until the power is turned off.
Counter mode operation mode:
1. After the speed adjustment button of the machine is turned to the position of O, connect the machine with the timing control box and then insert the specified power supply.
2, Adjust the height gauge to the predetermined filling height, just relax the height adjustment button and rotate the height of the filling base, then the adjustment button can be locked with tools.
3. Put the filler into the measuring cylinder, and fix the measuring cylinder with a fixed ring.
4. Select Vibration Mode Counter.
5. Set the vibration times of the timing key (0-999 times), turn on the power button, rotate the speed regulating button to the appropriate speed, press the start key and the machine will start to act. At this time, the vibration times will automatically accumulate; When the automatic cumulative number reaches the preset number, the machine will automatically cut off the power and stop filling.
6. Turn off the power again and restart. At this time, the machine will act again.
