Description:
Nk-2 iwata cup, designed according to Japanese (JIS) standard, is suitable for quick test of viscosity of Newtonian or nearly Newtonian liquid in construction site.
Widely used in the coating industry, in the UV industry of mobile phone paint and other varieties, the use of iwata cup viscosity measurement application is more.
The measured dynamic viscosity is usually expressed as the number of seconds required to discharge and is converted to the centistoke (cSt).

Usage:
1. Use appropriate solvent before and after cleaning.
2. Immerse the cup body in the container for 1 to 5 minutes to achieve thermal balance, lift the cup body vertically from the raw material, and the action should be fast and smooth.
3. Start time when the upper end of the cup leaves the liquid level.When the liquid flows out, keep the cup body vertical and the distance from the liquid surface shall not exceed 150mm.
4. Stop timing when there are common breakpoints. The difference between the two measured values should be less than 5% of the average value.
