KDYD-LH high voltage leakage marking tester is suitable for electrical and electronic products, household appliances and their materials for electrical tracing and corrosion resistance test, simulation at power frequency (48Hz-62Hz), with liquid contaminants and inclined samples, Electrical insulation materials used in harsh environmental conditions are evaluated by measuring their resistance to electrical tracing and erosion. Leakage marking test is to apply a set voltage on the surface of a solid insulating material, between two electrodes, and drop a specified concentration of liquid at a certain height to evaluate the leakage marking resistance of the surface of a solid insulating material under electric field and contaminated media. KDYD-LH high voltage leakage marking tester is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with GB/ T6533-2003 and IEC60587-1984. It is suitable for lighting equipment, low-voltage electrical appliances, room electrical appliances, machine tool electrical appliances, insulating materials, engineering plastics, electrical connectors, mainly used to assess the resistance of outdoor insulating materials (thermosetting, thermoplastic molding plastics, laminates, synthetic insulators, cable accessories, etc.) under harsh conditions of electrical marking and corrosion.
