3. The transmitter and handheld receiver of the instrument must be used simultaneously for identification.
4. The transmitter uses the pulse current principle to inject A pulse current signal with a maximum value of 30 A into the cable core, which generates an electromagnetic field around the target cable.
5. The handheld receiver accurately measures the electromagnetic field signal through the induction clamp. Because the current is directional, the magnetic field signal is also directional.
6. The handheld receiver of this instrument uses two 1.5V AA (No.5) dry batteries. Avoid mixing old and new batteries, check the battery power regularly, and remove the handheld battery when you do not use the instrument for a long time.
