Control digital signal processor microcomputer
KDJB-702 three-phase relay protection calibrator uses high speed and high performance digital control processor as the control microcomputer, and uses double precision algorithm to generate high-precision waveform of each phase. Due to the integrated structure, each part is closely combined, the data transmission distance is short, and the structure is compact. It overcomes the problem that the output waveform points are few due to the long data communication line and narrow frequency band in the laptop directly controlled measurement and control instrument.

D/A conversion and low-pass filtering
KDJB-702 three-phase relay protection calibrator adopts high-speed high D/A converter to ensure the accuracy and linearity of current and voltage in the range.
Due to the high D/A resolution and high fitting density, small waveform distortion, small harmonic components, the requirements for low-pass filters are very low, so that it has good transient characteristics, phase frequency characteristics, amplitude frequency characteristics, easy to achieve accurate phase shift, harmonic superposition, high frequency can also ensure high accuracy.

Voltage and current amplifier
The current and voltage of each phase do not use the upcurrent and booster, but use the direct output mode, so that the current and voltage source can directly output from DC to waveform containing various frequency components, such as square wave, the combination of harmonic superposition waveform, fault transient waveform, etc., which can better simulate the current and voltage characteristics of various short-circuit faults.

The power amplifier circuit adopts imported high-power high-fidelity modular power devices as the power output stage, combined with careful and reasonable design of heat dissipation structure, has enough power redundancy and heat capacity. The power amplifier circuit has complete protection against overheating, overcurrent, overvoltage and short circuit. When there is overcurrent in the current circuit and overload or short circuit in the voltage circuit, the output power is automatically limited, the power amplifier circuit is turned off, and the alarm signal is displayed.

In order to prevent the power amplifier circuit from overheating due to long-term operation of large current, the device sets the software time limit of large current. When the output is 10A or less, the device can work for a long time. When the current exceeds 10A, the software will start within the time limit. When the time limit is up, the software will automatically turn off the power output and give an alarm indication. The larger the output current, the shorter the time limit.

Open in, out volume
The switching input circuit is compatible with null contacts and 0 ~ 250V potential contacts. In the potential mode, 0 ~ 6V is a combination, 11 ~ 250V is a minute. The switch quantity can easily measure the action time and action time difference of each phase switch contact.

The opening part is isolated from the working power supply and power amplifier of the host. The opening ground is suspended, so the opening part of the common end is not connected with the current and voltage part of the common end UN, IN, etc.

If the switching potential input is directional, the positive end of the common terminal potential should be opened, and the negative end of the incoming terminal potential should be opened. Ensure that the potential of the common terminal is higher than that of the incoming terminal. When connecting cables onsite, connect the common terminal +KM and the negative end of the contact to the terminal. If the connection is reversed, it cannot be detected correctly.

The outgoing part is the relay null contact output. Output capacity: DC: 220V / 0.2A, AC: 220V / 0.5A. The switching output is isolated from the voltage, current, opening and other parts. The action process of each output is different in each test module, please refer to the software operation instructions of each module for details.

LCD display and mouse rotation operation
The device uses 320×240 lattice high resolution blue backlit LCD screen as the display. The test process and test results are displayed on the display screen, and the Chinese character operation interface is clear and beautiful. Operation control is carried out by rotating the mouse and two buttons. Data and test process are set on the display screen by rotating the mouse. Easy to operate, easy to master.

Dedicated DC power output
The device is equipped with a special adjustable DC power output on the chassis bottom plate, divided into 110V and 220V two levels, which can be used as an auxiliary power supply for field test. A potentiometer is also provided for the power supply, which can be adjusted in the range of 80%-110%. The power supply has a rated working current of 1.5A, which can be used as the DC working power supply of the protection device, and can also be used as the jump circuit power supply. If the power supply is overloaded or short-circuited, the corresponding safety (2A / 250V) will be burned out, and the safety tube can be replaced at this time.

Independent adjustable DC power supply
An adjustable DC power output, divided into 110V and 220V, is installed on the bottom of the chassis, which can be used as an auxiliary power supply for field test. The power supply is also equipped with a potentiometer that can be adjusted in the 80%-110% range. The output current of this power supply is up to 1.5A. A cooling fan, power cord, ground terminal and three safes are provided on the bottom plate. One of the three insurances is total power supply insurance (10A / 250V), two are voltage loop insurance (2A / 250V) and so on.
