I. Purpose:
Qcj-120A paint film impactor is designed and manufactured with reference to GB/T5237.4-2000, GBT20624.2-2006 standards and similar foreign products. It uses the weight of the hammer at different heights with the impact of free fall to test the degree of paint film damage. It is characterized by simple structure, convenient operation, safe and reliable for testing in laboratory and construction site.

3.use method
Put the side plate on the bottom plate of the impactor, loosen the two screws on the sleeve ring, adjust to the required impact height (take the upper edge of the sleeve ring as the criterion). Holding the handle on the sleeve ring with your left hand, turn to the right so that the openings of the three rings are the same. Holding the weight handle in your right hand, lift the weight up so that the weight handle fits into the opening of the ring. Turn the sleeve ring to the left to fix the hammer. Turn the sleeve ring to the right during impact, and the hammer hits the punch in free fall. Remove the test plate, while recording the height of the hammer fall, observe with a magnifying glass, judge whether there is no crack peeling phenomenon.
Note: remember that there is no impact of the test plate, so as not to damage the impact head!
Four, maintenance and maintenance:
Wipe the instrument clean after the test, keep it in a cool and dry place.
