The computer measurement and control system is composed of computer, programmable controller (PLC), operation control cabinet, digital oscilloscope and printer. It can be configured with thyristor voltage regulating device and ignition pulse amplifier and other functional modules. The equipment body communicates with PLC through optical fiber transmission/photoelectric isolation. All parameters setting, equipment operation, waveform measurement, data analysis and print reports of the test system can be completed on the computer, and the running state can be monitored and measured, etc. Each functional unit is relatively independent and complementary.
The measurement system takes the digital oscilloscope as the data acquisition core. The oscilloscope has a high voltage attenuator at the front end, which attenuates the high voltage measurement signal from the voltage divider or the shunt into a measurable low voltage signal. The digital signal of the digital oscilloscope is transmitted to the computer through the GPIB cable. The measurement software shall pass the impact measurement and control software assessed by GP/T and IEC standards, with waveform display, analysis, mapping and printing functions, setting test parameters, automatic calculation of waveform data, etc.
