2. Principle introduction
GA-643 lithium ore analyzer is an analytical instrument based on emission spectrum. Including: gas and flame combustion part, optical part, photoelectric converter and detection recording part. The process is that the sample is sprayed into the flame by the atomizer to stimulate the luminescence, and the emission intensity is measured by the detector after splitting the light, the latter is proportional to the content of the element to be measured in the sample. The heat energy of the flame is used to excite the atoms of an element to emit light, and the strength of its spectral energy is detected by the instrument, so as to determine the content of an element in the substance. Due to the limitation of the flame excitation energy, it is generally suitable for the quantitative analysis of alkaline metal elements within a certain concentration range.
