Working principle:
Annular halogen lamp ensures uniform heating of sample, easy operation and accurate measurement. While measuring the weight of the sample, the halogen moisture tester uses the ring tube halogen heating method to quickly dry the sample. During the drying process, the moisture tester continuously measures and immediately displays the lost moisture content of the sample %. After the drying procedure is completed, the final moisture content value is locked and displayed. Compared with the international oven heating method, halogen heating can dry the sample evenly and quickly at high temperature, and the surface of the sample is not easy to be damaged. The test results of halogen heating have good consistency with the national standard oven method, and the test efficiency is much higher than the oven method. Intelligent operation, general samples only a few minutes to complete the determination. The instrument is simple to operate, the test is accurate, the display part of the LCD screen - make the screen more clear and bright, the value is clearly visible, respectively can display the moisture value, sample initial value, final value, determination of time, temperature initial value, final value and other data, and has a computer, printer connection function, in line with the GLP specification of the print data output.
