ASTM B117 ISO 9227 Digital Salt Spray and Corrosion Resistance Test Chamber Tester Machine 
Use:
This machine has a standardized test method to check corrosion resistence of coated samples. Salt spray test is an accelerated corrosion test that produces a corrosive attack to the coated samples in order to predict its suitability in use as a protective finish. The appearance of corrosion products (oxides) is evaluated after a period of time. Test duration depends on the corrosion resistance of the coating; the more corrosion resistant the coating is, the longer the period in testing without showing signs of corrosion. Different coatings have different behaviour in salt spray test and consequently, test duration will differ from one type of coating to another.

Airframe structure
 

1.	Material use
a.	Machine body adopts light grey impact resistance of PVC board, thickness of 5 mm, durable temperature at 85 ºC.(Taiwan South Asia card).The edge is surrounded by a solid thickness of 10mm, and the structure is firm.
b.	The test chamber cover is sealed with PVC impact plate with a thickness of 5mm, and the temperature is not distorted.The outer and outer layers are thickened to prevent distortion due to prolonged high temperature.The thickness is 15 mm
c.	It is easy to clean and easy to operate.
d.	The saturated air bucket is best insulated with SUS#304 stainless steel. (Taiwan Taiwan exhibition electric heating)
e.	Sample placed made from Taiwan with 8 mm and heat-resistant ABS board, bearing capacity is strong, the plane dividing type test samples, adjust Angle, uniform fell all around the fog, fog completely consistent, the test results are accurate, the test sample quantity.(according to customer product requirements)
2.	Spray system
a.	Using the bernoute principle to absorb salt water and then atomization, the degree of atomization is uniform, and there is no phenomenon of blocking crystallization, which can ensure the standard of continuous testing.
b.	Nozzle: it is made of special glass nozzle to adjust the size and Angle of spray.
c.	Spray volume 1 ~ 2ml/h adjustable (ml/80cm2/h standard requires testing 16 hours for average).The measuring cylinder adopts built-in mounting, the appearance is beautiful and neat, the observation is convenient, reduce the instrument installation space.
d.	Spray pattern: continuous spray.
3.	Air supply system
a.	The imported air filter is attached with the drainage function for a large adjustment of 2Kg/cm2.
b.	The second section is precision adjustment of 1Kg/cm2, 1/4 pressure gauge, showing precision and accuracy.
4.	Heating system
a.	Using direct heating method, the heating rate will reduce the standby time. When the temperature arrives, the thermostatic state will be switched automatically, with precise temperature and low power consumption.Pure titanium heat pipe, acid and alkali corrosion, long service life.
5.	Control system
a.	Laboratory, pressure barrel temperature controller adopts LCD type dual characters, with functions of microcomputer automatic calculations, control of error of plus or minus 1.0 ºC (Japan send two bond).The circuit board has high precision and long life.

Safety protection device

1.	When low water level, automatically cut off power, safety warning lights display.
2.	When overtemperature, automatically cut off the heater power supply, the safety warning lights display.
3.	When the water level is low, the safety warning lights display and alarm.
4.	Leakage protection function to prevent personal injury and instrument malfunction caused by leakage or short circuit.

Add water system
Adopt automatic and manual water feeding system, automatic or manual replenishment pressure bucket, test chamber water level, prevent water shortage ultra high temperature damage instrument.


Fog system
The salt mist in the test chamber should be cleared during the test process and shutdown, so as to prevent the corrosion of the leakage of other precision instruments in the laboratory.
