1.Product introduction

This instrument is used to detect the high-temperature expansion properties of solid inorganic materials and metal materials, especially corundum, refractory materials, shell and core materials for precision casting, ceramics, ceramic raw materials, porcelain clay, glaze, glass, graphite, carbon and other inorganic materials and metal products, providing necessary testing means for scientific research and teaching. This instrument can complete the sample linear variable, linear expansion coefficient, volume expansion coefficient, rapid thermal expansion, softening temperature, sintering kinetics, glass transition temperature, phase transition, density change, sintering rate control (RCS) and their change curves.

It is also suitable for GB/T 7320 "Test Method for Thermal Expansion of Refractory Materials", GB/T3810.8-2016 for the determination of linear thermal expansion of ceramic tiles, GB/T16920-1997 for the determination of the average linear thermal expansion coefficient of glass, GB/T3074.4-2016 for the determination of the thermal expansion coefficient (CTE) of graphite electrodes. 2. Product Parameter
Heating speed: 0~100ºC/min adjustable, computer program temperature control.
The computer automatically calculates the expansion coefficient, volume expansion coefficient, and linear expansion.
Automatically calculate the compensation coefficient and automatically compensate, and can also be manually corrected (online).
5. Automatically record, store, and print data, and print temperature-expansion coefficient curve. The temperature interval can be set freely, with a minimum interval of 1ºC.
Deformation measurement uses a high-precision grating micrometer sensor, with a measurement range of ±12.7mm, a large expansion value measurement range, and a larger sample adjustment range.
Expansion value measurement resolution: 0.1um, accuracy 0.2um, automatic calibration range.
Imported linear bearing transmission is adopted to realize frictionless transmission of expansion value, with excellent transmission accuracy and repeatability.
The instrument is equipped with a standard computer interface and can be connected to a general-purpose computer. All test operations are completed through the computer interface. It is easy to operate and provide a full set of software.
