LR-01a vertical pneumatic electric mill is suitable for fabric dyeing and post-treatment effect and quality inspection. It is an advanced prototype based on absorbing the same foreign mill and combining with domestic post-dyeing technology status.The pressure can be adjusted within 0.03 ~ 0.8MPa (about 0.3kg/cm2 ~ 8kg/cm2), and the rolling residual rate can be selected according to the process requirements.The roll working surface is 420mm, which is suitable for small batch and various kinds of dyed fabric effect test. It has completely replaced the function of the same type of imported equipment.

PICK UP rate: When the roll hardness is 70 degrees Shore, the pick up rate can be controlled between 25% and 110%. It is applicable to a wide range of cloth types. However, once fixed, the pick up rate can be stable.
Safety facilities: there is a hidden knee pressure micro switch at the lower part of the front of the main engine, and an emergency stop switch on the control panel. Once the switch is moved, the roll will stop and automatically reset, and the motor will stop running.
