Introduction
KDDAC-30 cable oscillating wave local amplifier test system is a new technical tool for cable field inspection and condition diagnosis. It has the characteristics of simple and practical, small size, easy to transport, non-destructive test under AC voltage conditions, and diversified means of insulation performance testing and evaluation. The combination of Damped ACVoltage (DAC) withstand voltage test and DAC inspection provides an effective means to find potential defects in cable line insulation. In addition, with the help of the dielectric loss field measurement technology, the state assessment of the insulation aging degree of high voltage cable can be further realized.

System hardware
KDDAC-30 is mainly composed of two parts: a measurement and control host and an integrated local amplifier oscillating wave unit. The local amplifier oscillating wave unit is an integrated design, which includes a high voltage coil, a high voltage divider, a high voltage switch, a local amplifier coupling capacitor, a coupling unit and a local amplifier detector.
The measurement and control host coordinates the operation of the whole system, communicates with the local amplifier oscillation wave unit through the wireless network, controls the operation of the local amplifier oscillation wave unit, and collects, stores and analyzes the local amplifier oscillation wave signal and the local amplifier signal collected by the voltage divider/coupler.
System software
Chinese operation interface, able to record oscillation voltage waveform and local amplifier signal waveform; Automatic display oscillation voltage waveform frequency, amplitude and sampling time width; It can analyze the waveform of local amplifier signal. Automatic display of dielectric loss test values; Automatic generation of localization map and statistical report; Automatic generation of PD statistical maps.
