How to Use
1, single use Before experiment, experiment and reliable grounding transformer high-voltage tail "" end, otherwise will endanger the safety of person and equipment. Be familiar with the electrical principle and use method of test transformer and power control box before operation. Connect the wire according to the wiring diagram. Apply pressure evenly clockwise, and watch the stage voltage amplitude of the voltmeter and the condition of the subject until the rated test voltage. Continuously specify the voltage withstand time and watch the ammeter and the subject. When voltage time is up, look at the kV meter and quickly return the voltage regulator to zero. Discharge with the discharge rod through the resistance, and then directly ground discharge. The high voltage part may be discharged by the charging part one by one, change or remove the high voltage wire lead, at this point (phase) test is terminated

When two test transformers are connected in series, the ratio of the capacity of the ith and the second test transformer is 2:1, the total capacity is the capacity of the ith, the total voltage is the sum of the highest output voltage of the two single sets, and the current is the ratio of the capacity and the total voltage. Example: 5kVA/50kV vs 3kVA/50kV. When the two units are used in series, the total capacity is 5 kVA, the total output voltage is 100 kV, and the output current is 50mA. B. When the three test transformers are connected in series, the ratio of the capacity of the three is 3:2:1, the total capacity is also the capacity of the ith, and the total voltage is the sum of the output voltage of the three. Note: No matter the two-stage string or three-stage string, the output current is strictly prohibited to exceed the rated current of the last stage.
