Introduction
This series of programmable voltage testing instruments all adopt high-performance safety testing instruments with high-speed MCUs and large-scale digital circuits. The output voltage level, the rising and falling of the output voltage, and the frequency of the output voltage are all controlled by the MCU. It can display the breakdown current value and voltage value in real time, and has a software calibration function. It is equipped with PLC interface, RS232C, RS485, USB device, USB Host interface, which can be conveniently combined with a computer or PLC to form an integrated testing system. It can quickly and accurately conduct comprehensive safety testing for household appliances, instruments and meters, lighting appliances, electric heating appliances, computers, and information-related complete machines.
This tester complies with the following standards: Safety of household and similar electrical appliances - Part 1: General requirements - IEC 60335-1, GB 4706.1, UL 60335-1; Information technology equipment - UL 60950, GB 4943. 1. It integrates four functions: AC/DC withstand voltage, insulation, and grounding. The testing speed is fast and the efficiency is high.
2. It adopts DDS digital signal synthesis technology to generate sine wave signals with high precision, stability, purity, and low distortion.
3. The high voltage rise and fall time can be adjusted to adapt to different test objects. It should have an arc detection function and the test results can be saved synchronously.
4. It has dual-frequency comprehensive testing. The frequency range is 50Hz and 60Hz. It has a user-friendly operation interface, supports digital key input, dial input, and the operation is more concise.
5. Complete operation help prompts can effectively improve user efficiency. It supports character file name input, and the maximum file name length is 12 characters.
6. The test steps and system status information are displayed synchronously, which is convenient for understanding the detailed information of the test steps and the system status during the test.
7. It has a bilingual operation interface, adapting to the needs of different users. It supports large-capacity storage and meets the requirements of different test applications. It has an oscilloscope interface.
8. The large 7-inch TFT LCD display makes the measurement results clearer and contains more information.
