1.Product introduction
The internationally popular heat flow meter method for detecting thermal conductivity and thermal resistance is adopted, and the computer is equipped to realize fully automatic detection and generate experimental reports. The instrument adds a stable hot surface temperature to one side of the sample, and the heat is transferred to the cold surface through the sample. The transferred heat flow is measured to calculate the thermal conductivity and thermal resistance. It adopts imported sensors and computer technology, with good measurement accuracy, high reliability and good repeatability. It is particularly suitable for the measurement of low thermal conductivity, with an accuracy of 0.1mw.
Reference standards: GB/T10295-2008 (heat flow meter method for determining steady-state thermal resistance and related characteristics of insulation materials) and
ASTMC518-04 test method for determining steady-state heat flux and heat transfer characteristics by heat flow meter method.
The instrument adopts a modular structure and integrates multi-functional testing. That is, it can measure the thermal conductivity of materials under high pressure and the cold surface temperature of materials under high temperature and high pressure. Servo motor loading can be used to apply constant pressure to the sample and keep constant pressure during the test. For example, thermal conductivity test can be done, and back temperature (cold surface temperature) test can be done. By measuring the thermal conductivity and back temperature (cold surface temperature) of the sample, the thermal physical properties of the material can be analyzed in multiple dimensions. The computer can be used to realize full automatic detection of the test process. It can be used for testing plastics, rubber, refractory materials, thermal insulation materials, aerogel boards, various new composite materials, etc. It is widely used in colleges and universities, scientific research institutions, quality inspection, factories and mines.
