Product Introduction
KGXZ transformer substation frequency conversion series resonance test device is mainly designed and manufactured for the AC voltage withstand test of primary electrical equipment in substations of 220kV and below. It can meet the AC voltage withstand test of transformer, GIS system, SF6 switch, cable, sleeve and other capacitive equipment according to the specification requirements. Transformer substation frequency conversion series resonance test device can not only meet the requirements of high voltage, low current equipment test conditions, but also meet the requirements of low voltage, high current equipment test conditions, with a wide range of application, is the local, city, county high voltage test departments and power installation, repair and test engineering units ideal voltage equipment.
The frequency conversion series resonance test device of KGXZ substation is mainly composed of frequency conversion control power supply, excitation transformer, reactor and capacitance divider. The frequency conversion control power supply adopts the imported special SPWM digital waveform generator chip, the frequency resolution is 16 bits, and the frequency fineness can reach 0.1Hz when it is 20 ~ 300Hz. At the same time, the orthogonal non-synchronous fixed carrier modulation is adopted to ensure the output waveform is good in the whole frequency range. The power part adopts the advanced IPM module to ensure the stability and safety of the instrument.
