Introduction

LR-Cyc-d intelligent digital eddy current flaw detector is suitable for on-line and off-line flaw detection of steel, copper, aluminum, copper clad aluminum, copper clad steel and other metal tubes, rods and wires, and can be used for automatic flaw detection of other mechanical parts.It has two relatively independent test channels, which can drive a detection probe. The probe composed of differential coil is used for data collection in the detection channel, which is used to detect longitudinal cracks and transverse defects (such as barges) in the production of metal tubes and rods.Cyc-d has high sensitivity to axial defects such as unwelded, dark and open cracks when used for welding pipe detection in and offline, and can reliably detect slow change and long track damage caused by welding machine failure in the production process.

The CYC-D eddy current tester has a testing frequency range of 1HZ-999 KHz, which can adapt to the testing requirements of various metal pipes. Moreover, due to the fully digital design, AFT-D is equipped with input and output control interfaces, which facilitates the testing site to be connected with various equipment and work synchronously, forming a highly automated whole.Can be fitted with low coupling clearance requirements through the probe.
