Making full use of our company's advantages in electronic measurement technology and electromagnetic compatibility, we independently develop, design and produce the components of this set of equipment including: frequency conversion power supply, excitation transformer, cast-type high voltage reactor and high precision capacitance divider.
It has manual/automatic mode, large screen display, test parameter setting, and automatic timing and operation prompt function.
With a number of protection functions, such as: overvoltage, overcurrent protection, discharge protection, mismatch protection.
Device capacity determination
Meet 630mm2,110kV cable AC voltage withstand test, length 1km, capacitance ≤0.188uF, test frequency 30~300Hz, test voltage U≤128kV.
The frequency is set to 37Hz
Test current I=2πfCU test =2π×35×0.188×10-6×128×103=5.3A Corresponding reactor inductance L=1/ω2C=100H
Ten reactors are designed, and five reactors of ten reactors are connected in two groups in parallel, so the parameter of a single reactor is 81kVA/27kV/3A/40H, and the total capacity of the device is 810kVA.

Verification:
1. Meet 100MVA/110kV transformer AC withstand voltage test, capacitance ≤0.02uF, test frequency 45~65Hz, test voltage U≤160kV. Eight reactors are used in series, and the inductance is L=40*8=320H. Test frequency f=1/2π√LC=1/(2×3.14×√320×0.02×10-6)=62.9Hz. Test current I=2πfCU test =2π×62.9×0.02×10-6×160×103=1.3A.
2. Meet 300mm2,10kV cable AC voltage withstand test, length 10km, capacitance ≤3.7uF, test frequency 30~300Hz, test voltage U≤22kV. Six reactors are used in parallel, and the inductance is L=40/6=6.7H. Test frequency f=1/2π√LC=1/(2×3.14×√6.7×3.7×10-6)=32Hz.
Test current I=2πfCU test =2π×32×3.7×10-6×22×103=16.4A.
3. Meet 300mm2,35kV cable AC voltage withstand test, length 5km, capacitance ≤0.95uF, test frequency 30~300Hz, test voltage U≤52kV. Use two reactors in series and four groups in parallel, and the inductance is L=40*2/4=20H.
Test frequency f=1/2π√LC=1/(2×3.14×√20×0.95×10-6)=36.5Hz.
Test current I=2πfCU test =2π×36.5×0.95×10-6×52×103=11.3A.
4. Meet 200MW/13.8kV generator AC voltage withstand test, capacitance ≤0.2uF, test frequency 45~65Hz, test voltage U≤20.7kV. Use the reactor section, the inductance is L=40H,
Test frequency f=1/2π√LC=1/(2×3.14×√40×0.2×10-6)=56.3Hz.
Test current I=2πfCU test =2π×56.3×0.2×10-6×20.6×103=1.5A. Conclusion: The capacity of the device is 810kVA/270kV/27kV, divided into ten reactors, and the reactor single section is 81kVA/27kV/3A/40H. The reactor combination can meet the test requirements of the above subjects.
