instrument test method
1. the composite sample hair face flat on a piece of PVC plate, into the sweat resistance tester filled with artificial sweat, so that the sample is completely immersed, put a glass plate on the composite sample, with fingers evenly light pressure to remove bubbles, the composite sample, glass plate and heavy objects fixed in the stainless steel sample rack.
2. the sweat resistance tester is moved into the oven preheated at (37±2)ºC, so that the constant temperature is placed for 2h.
3. Remove the composite sample from the oven, disassemble the sample and the lining fabric, and dry the lining fabric naturally at room temperature.
4.Use the stained gray sample card stipulated in GB/T 251 to visually determine the stained grade of the paste lining fabric.
5. visual use of light source for natural light or fluorescent lamp, ensure that the light source is sufficient, illuminance is not less than 750lx.
