Structure principle
Tensile testing machines require only a few milliseconds or even a few hundred microseconds for specimens to break, so it is easy to obtain incorrect strength values when the sensor is sampling at a frequency of only a few tens of Hertz, such as after the specimen has been broken.
This instrument outputs pulses to simulate the fracture process of the specimen during the test by the tensile testing machine, in order to test the authenticity of the tensile testing machine to the strength of the specimen before fracture.The output pulse width and amplitude can be adjusted.When in use, the instrument sends out a pulse, when the pulse reaches the falling edge, the measured tension will be considered as the sample has been broken, showing the breaking strength value.If the sampling frequency of the tension machine under test is high enough, the breaking force will always be the same whether the pulse width is set to 1 second or 1 millisecond.If the breaking force displayed at the minimum pulse width of 20 ms is consistent with the pulse width above 500 ms, then the effective sampling frequency of the machine is only 50 Hz.
