Introduction
KG-MB10 high voltage bridge, set burn through and intelligent bridge in one. The maximum output voltage of the burn through function can reach 60kV, and the short circuit current is about 600mA, which can quickly burn high resistance faults into low resistance. The maximum current of the intelligent bridge is about 600mA, which greatly improves the fault location accuracy. Especially suitable for high voltage, large section, long line of complex cable system insulation fault location.
The KG-MB10 high voltage bridge can be used to locate all cable main insulation faults except for partial line breaks.

Product Characteristics
The equipment adopts switching power supply to form high voltage constant current source, high voltage and stable current.
The bridge detection module and large screen display LCD are placed at high potential. The operating buttons on the panel are at ground potential and the bridge is operated by insulated rods.
Specially customized four-core high voltage measurement cable with shielding, copper mesh braided shielding layer reliable grounding, safe use. The four-terminal resistance measurement method avoids the error introduced by the lead resistance.
The high voltage constant current source and bridge are integrated in a portable drawbar plastic housing. High voltage, light weight, easy to operate.
Compared with the wave reflection method, the bridge method has no blind area, and is especially suitable for judging the breakdown point of short cables and near the end.
High voltage and high current are especially suitable for insulation fault positioning of high-voltage, large-section, and long-line high-voltage complex cable systems. For example, the insulation fault location of complex high-voltage cables with GIS terminals and cross-interconnection can be quickly located without removing the GIS switch or connecting the end to end directly.
