KDZD886H series battery charging and discharging tester is specially designed for battery packs (12V, 24V, 48V, 110V, 220V, 380V, 480V) for verification discharge test, battery pack charging test, residual capacity test, battery activation repair, daily maintenance and testing DC power supply carrying capacity. According to the charge-discharge characteristics of lead-acid battery and lithium battery, the tester can monitor the battery voltage, current, charge-discharge time, charge-discharge capacity and activation cycle of battery pack in real time.
The instrument adopts embedded operating system, supports wireless data transmission, automatically completes the whole constant current, constant voltage charge and discharge process, and activates with one key. It can generate a variety of curves, column charts, reports, etc. that directly reflect the performance of the battery pack, and can be enlarged, queried, and printed. Battery performance can be analyzed to make battery pack maintenance and management easy and scientific, thus extending the service life of the battery pack.
When used together with the wireless unit inspection module, it can effectively monitor the voltage of single batteries in the battery string and timely detect faulty batteries that are overcharged due to serious deterioration in performance.
