Product introduction
RH-CC10 film puncture strength tester adopts automatic clamping device to complete the test automatically, with accurate and stable test data and good repeatability. It is suitable for measuring the puncture resistance (puncture strength, puncture strength and puncture elongation) of battery diaphragm, film, composite film for packaging, bag and other thin sections against penetration by puncture needle.
Test method:
Place the test piece with a diameter of 100mm on the fixture with a diameter of 10mm or 50mm directly in the inner hole, press the test key, the instrument automatically clamp the sample, and then use a steel needle with a diameter of 1.0mm and a spherical tip radius of 0.5mm to remove the puncture at the speed of (50 oz 5) mm/min or (100 oz 10) mm/min
Take the maximum load of the needle through the test piece. The instrument calculates the puncture strength automatically. Note: If the number of test pieces is more than 5, the technical average is taken.

Working mode:
Puncture strength: The maximum force required for a piercing needle to penetrate a pattern vertically.
Penetration strength: Test the penetration strength per unit thickness.
Puncture elongation: After the puncture needle contacts the sample, the starting point is when the force value reaches the pre-pressure, and the position distance of the puncture needle until the sample penetrates.
