3. Instrument introduction and principle
This equipment consists of LED plane light source, light-transmitting glass, light-shielding mat, frosted glass, glass reflector and pneumatic actuator. The principle is: close the light source switch to make the LED plane light source energized and emit light, and the light passes through the light-transmitting glass and light-shielding mat. The light-transmitting holes allow the channels of the honeycomb ceramic product to be imaged on the frosted glass. Adjust the angle between the glass reflector and the frosted glass so that the operator can clearly observe the clear image on the frosted glass through the glass reflector, and use this to determine whether the displayed product is deformed or blocked.
